As Nigeria accelerates its transition toward a more resilient and sustainable energy future, the challenge extends far beyond technology deployment alone. Reliable power access, skilled human capital, and long-term community development must progress hand in hand.
Building on this strategic vision, AlphaESS officially introduced the Shine 30·30·30 initiative, jointly unveiled with Nigeria’s Rural Electrification Agency (REA). The initiative was presented by Max, alongside Ayoade Gboyega, Executive Director of Corporate Services at REA, marking a significant milestone in AlphaESS’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, skills development, and community empowerment in Africa.
